Leave-a-Note is a plugin for Wordpress, that transforms your comment section into a visual representation, making each comment a little post-it notes. If you're not comfortable with code, you should be able to install it painlessly and customize certain content through the admin panel in your blog's backend. Nice plugin, it’d be cool if you can add that whenever someone clicks on the avator or name it will take you to the post that they have commented on
